Vegan Soup

Ingredients

  • Water
  • Soy sauce
  • Lemon juice
  • Palm sugar
  • Chilli
  • Coriander


How it's done:

Fill a juice jug up to three-quarters with water. Then add soy sauce until the water has a medium brown color. To refine the taste, add a dash of lemon juice, some palm sugar and coriander leaves. Coriander can also be added to the soup during cooking, so that the flavor of the coriander can be properly evolved. The amount of garlic and chili should be taken according to your taste - the more chilli that is added, the sharper the soup becomes. Exercise caution!

Traditional Austrian soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • Clear vegetable soup
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Laurel
  • Organic soup seasoning (no flavor enhancers)


How it's done:

There are two ways to prepare the soup:

- The soup can be made with an organic soup seasoning (no flavor enhancers). Of course, an additional seasoning with salt, pepper, bay leaves and parsley is possible to enhance the taste.

- If you prefer the vegetarian variant, add a little salt, pepper and bay to clear the vegetable soup.

The original TomYang soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • Water
  • Soy sauce
  • Fish sauce



How it's done:

For the preparation of the soup with Asian flavor, simply mix water, soy sauce and fish sauce. First fill a pitcher up to three-quarters with water. Then add soy and fish sauce as desired.
