Nam Jim Seafood

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 stalks of coriander
  • 30g Thai basil
  • Green chilli (or green pepper)
  • 3 medium-sized garlic cloves
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar syrup
  • 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons of fish sauce

Time required: 5 minutes

How it's done:

Take the stems and the root from the coriander and add them into the blender along with the other ingredients. Mix until a fully blended mixture is obtained.

Info: This sauce is second to none in freshness. Lemon, coriander, peppers and the fresh basil impart a distinctive taste.

Tip: If you do not like it, the chilli can be replaced by peppers. Nutritional values per serving: 140 kcal, fat 15g, protein 25g, dietary fiber 10g
