How it's done:
Mix tamarind, sugar, fish sauce, rice powder, and chilli. Cut the onion in half, cut into fine strips and add. Chop coriander and young onion coarsely and stir into the sauce.
Tip: The tamarind can be replaced with lime or lemon juice. Be very careful when adding chili to the sauce; do not pour in too much. Chili can be added separately. Nutritional values per serving: 140 kcal, fat 15g, protein 25g, dietary fiber 10g
