How it's done:
Take the stems and the root from the coriander and add them into the blender along with the other ingredients. Mix until a fully blended mixture is obtained.

How it's done:
Mix tamarind, sugar, fish sauce, rice powder, and chilli. Cut the onion in half, cut into fine strips and add. Chop coriander and young onion coarsely and stir into the sauce.

Finely chop the chilli and garlic separately from each other or crush them in the mortar. Squeeze in the lemon. Put all ingredients separately in small bowls on the table.
