Pepper Garlic


  • 4 tablespoons of oyster sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 3 medium-sized garlic cloves

Time required: 10 minutes

How it's done:

Chop the garlic finely and mix it with the remaining ingredients. You can marinate the meat the day before - but it should be kept for 2 hours at least.
