Tom Yam

Ingredients for 400g of pork:

  • 3 cm galangal
  • 2 stalks of lemongrass
  • 4 lime leaves
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon chilli jam

Time required: 25 minutes

How it's done:

Finely chop the galangal, lemongrass and lime leaves and mix with the meat. Add the lemon juice and chili jam and stir again. Allow the Tom Yam marinade to absorb for about 1 hour.

Info: This combination of lemongrass, lime leaf and galangal will bring your taste buds to life.

Tip: To make the meat extra soft, pineapple juice can be added. Nutritional values per serving: 140 kcal, fat 15g, protein 25g, dietary fiber 10g
